PROP RENT concentrates on lettings and rentals.
Our services for the
lessors include:
- We advertise the property by means of the printed and electronic media.
- We have in-house legal resources.
- We take charge of the entire leasing process from property assessment and
advice to advertising and securing the lease. We require a deposit equal to one
month's rental to cover any unforeseen circumstances. This deposit is kept in a
Trust Account.
- We do a lessee (tenant) screening (Credit Check) to ensure that the tenant
is financially viable to rent your property.
- We collect the rental monthly and ensure that your fee is paid into your
banking account.
- We do a proper inspection of the property with you before the lessee takes
occupation and again with the lessee to ensure that your property is kept in the
same condition.
- We follow up with quarterly inspections and keep you informed.
Our lessees are also important to us and we have their interest at heart:
- We obtain a written mandate from the lessor to let the property.
- We ensure that the property suits your lifestyle, is close to whatever need
you may have.
- We draw up a proper contract for a fixed period of time.
- We require a deposit of one month's rental.
- One of our agents inspects the property with you before you move in to
ensure that there are no damage claims when your lease expires.
- We do quarterly inspections to cover both yourself and the lessor.
